Soileau is a veterinary technician and a New Orleans transplant from Baton Rouge who has lived in New Orleans for almost a year and a half. To be fair, as a lot of the city can understand, the street was really bad. Thankfully, the city does seem to be keeping the neighbors apprised of the construction schedule with regular updates, although the dates seem to be a bit off. Not only is the couple unable to park in front of their home, but grime from the ongoing construction has become an unwelcome member of the family.
