A White Bear Lake High School student and National Guard member met pre-teen girls online and coerced them into performing sex acts by threatening to publish explicit images of them, according to charges filed Monday.
Alexander Patrick Lindeke, 18, of North Oaks is charged with two felony counts of criminal sexual conduct in Ramsey County and is under investigation by police in Chisago County. She and a year-old friend met Lindeke on May 25 at Cummings Park in Arden Hills, where he threatened to publish the video.
Both girls then performed oral sex on him, the complaint said. Ramsey County investigators learned that North Branch police are looking into similar allegations. In that case, Lindeke allegedly met an underage girl online and persuaded her to show him her breasts in an online video exchange, which he then said he recorded.
North Branch police confirmed that they are investigating Lindeke. An investigator would not elaborate on specifics of the case, saying he was not authorized to do so, and a call to the police chief was not immediately returned Monday. Lindeke was arrested Friday at school. His attorney, Marsh Halberg, said Lindeke could not come up with the bail amount and will remain in jail. His next court appearance will be July 8. Lindeke is also a member of the Minnesota National Guard. Elizabeth Mohr can be reached at Follow her at twitter. By Elizabeth Mohr Pioneer Press.
